I just wanted to point you ladies to a website that I LOVE. This is the chef, Joyce Doughty, that I worked for all those many years ago. Her daily blog has a TON of little tidbits of info that help anyone who likes to cook. Check it out!
I always used to dread that inevitable question "What's for dinner?" especially when I don't know the answer to that question. After working in the kitchen at an upscale restaurant, I learned that there are so many more choices out there than boxed meals that are high in fake ingredients, and PB&J. As busy moms and families, sometimes it's easy to get in a rut. This site will serve as a place to share and exchange recipes that might be uniquely yours, time tested favorites, or new favorites that you'd like others to try. Inspiration from BetteRecipes is only a mouse click away. Please remember to give credit where credit is deserved! ie - don't claim the famous Toll House Cookie recipe as your own ;).
