Ham n' Hashbrown Bake....

Good ol' stand by!

1 30 oz. bag frozen hash brown shreds
1 10.5 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 small onion
1 package ham lunch meat
shredded cheddar cheese


Saute onion in a small dab of butter
Dice lunch meat (I buy the the meat that is kind of stacked, it's easy to dice)

Combine sour cream, soup, onion, diced ham, and 1/4 of the cheddar cheese
Then add the hash browns still frozen

Bake at 350' covered for 45 minutes

Uncover and add the remaining cheese. Continue to bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.

This is when I add salt and pepper per individual serving!

Mmmmmmm!!!!!
